Taking Prenatal Pills while trying to conceive?!?!

Is anyone else taking or considering taking PPz while TTC? And if so do you believe that it really benefits?

I don’t know whether they help to conceive, but I do know that it’s very important to have folic acid/folate in already in your system as soon as you get pregnant in order to prevent certain birth defects, so I take them while TTC for that reason.

My doctor told me to start taking them 3 months before we were ready to start trying so that I could have the folic acid in my system to start the pregnancy of healthy

I take prenatal gummies and yes i do believe it benefits. It’s very important enough to prenatal supplements and get enough folic acid

I’ve done that both times we were TTC. I feel like it’s good to have those essential nutrients in your body when you conceive.

Yea I took seven seas trying for a baby and was pregnant after one cycle on them. I had been trying for over two years! I do believe they helped a lot

Thank you for the responses mommas ! I did not take them prior to trying to conceive with my first child. I read many articles of their “benefits” but I guess I just wanted real women’s opinions. Thank you all☺️😊😉❤️
