Best pain reliever?

So after having no period for 19 months as had implant in , finally had it removed & had no period for 5 weeks after getting it out! It finally arrived yesterday & my god woke up covered , belly’s in agony & cramps are so bad 😭 what’s the best thing to help with the pain ? Forgot how sore periods where 👎

I get really bad cramps sometimes and the only thing that works for me is Aleve (neproxen). It's an anti inflammatory and it works like a charm and lasts 12 hours!

The only thing that would work for me was raking 2 advil every couple of hours or sometimes I would rotate between advil and ibuprofen. You can also try a heating pad or stretching also helped me
