FHS 9.9... anyone proven my consultant wrong?

Question

Anyone been successful at getting pregnant with an FSH level of 9.9? 
Been told by my consultant it’s impossible to conceive naturally with 9.9 (egg reserve)... is he correct?

Do you live in the US? If so, run....don’t walk...... to a new dr. 9.9 is on the higher end of normal, but still ok. 
To put it in perspective, I live in a state with mandated fertility coverage. They refuse to cover anyone with FSH of 15 or higher. Anything under 15 is considered ok by insurance standards. Drs will say 10 and under is ok and over ten is high.
