Can’t take prenatal
I’m so scared to hurt my baby😩😔
I have been sick for 4 days, nauseous, vomiting, stomach ache, in the bathroom. I tried to take my prenatal (preplus) and spit it up 2 days in a row! Please help me, can I switch to gummies? I need to find a new prenatal to ensure my baby is getting the right nutrients.. I’m a first time mom.. so worried.. please help me. Any suggestions?? I’ll try Anything!
