Ultrasound at 9 weeks, heart rate was 170. I’m now almost 11 weeks. No nausea what so ever, haven’t puked once. Extremely tired. Not showing yet. Occasionally I’m constipated. Feeling twinges and shooting pains all the time. Boy or girl ?
