My period is 3 days late, but I've had so many premenstrual symptoms and still nothing. I've got sore breasts, backache, fatigue, nausea, on and off mild cramping. I took a pregnancy test about a week ago and it came back negative. I'm assuming it was too early to test but I'm still unsure. The crazy thing is that I feel like I'm bleeding on myself but when I run to the bathroom there is nothing there at all (tmi, sorry). Has this happened to anyone and they ended up being pregnant?

UPDATE: Period came on and hit me like a ton of bricks. No need for a pregnancy test this month. Maybe next time I'll get lucky 😕
