Conceived using KY, will it sway boy or girl?

We were not trying to get pregnant necessarily. If we were trying we would have not been using KY because it supposedly is not fertility friendly. I also know that it effects the PH of your vagina. (Not trying to be gross). Just curious if it would sway boy or girl?

KY won’t have anything to do with the gender. That’s the sperms job
