I'm 19 weeks tomrrow and on and off for about 2 eeks I've been having not painful but uncomfortable soreness/cramps/tightening feelings in my abdomen and lower back ache too has anyone else been suffering with this p.s no blood or sever pain and I drink more than enough water ❤️thankyou!
