The day I got my positive with my second daughter at only 10 DPO. That’s how I knew to test so early. I had nausea, not vomiting though. I have fairly high hCG levels early on and even got a positive with my son at only 8 DPO.

I’m only 5 weeks today and have zero symptoms besides mood swings and sore boobs. I have a VERY sensitive stomach and know that I will have it so wondering when it will hit.

I had nausea for the week after my missed period was supposed to start...about nov 15th for a week. That's how I knew to take a test. I've had it since but it's mostly at night and I'm 10w today.   I'm hoping its going to go away soon once the 1st trimester is over.
