31 weeks rupture

So my water broke at 31 weeks and I’m on bed rest till 34 weeks my Insurance won’t even acknowledge the fact that I put in an order for my breast pump months ago so there’s no way to speed up the process or really order one right now, but I know my baby will need my breast milk just like my last premature baby I’m not entirely sure what to do at this point I know the hospital will give me a manual pump which I used with my last child every 3 hours I manually pumped until a nice friend of mine bought me a pump .... I just don’t know what to do
