Carpal Tunnel & Exhaustion! Who else?

My left and right hands have 4 fingers on each hand that are numb - the middle finger more than others. Like to the point they’re so stiff and I can’t really tell what is hot or cold. Should I be concerned? It has been progressively getting worse over the past 2 weeks. I notice when I’m lying on my side the hand on that side goes more

numb.

Anyone else?

Needless to say I’m tired from pregnancy, but waking up multiple times a night with hip and butt pain and now numb hands is wearing me out!
