Conception advice?

Me & my husband have been TTC since early August when i had my IUD (Mirena) removed. We've had no success so far. I'm contemplating starting the little ovulation tests. I have absolutely 0 idea about any of it. Any reccomended brands? Things to avoid? Tia

The brand I use is Pregmate which you can find on amazon for a good price. And because glow can be off on ovulation date I started testing once a day around 6pm before my estimated fertile week to get a better idea of when I was ovulating. Once the test line started getting a little darker I try and test twice a day so like around noon and then again at 6pm. Some people keep track of their basil body temp along with the ovulation tests but I haven’t been able to do that since I wake up at ransom times each night and I read it would be read at the same time everyday.
