What are some movies my teen could watch about getting your period body hair etc. Or something similar to it so she can kind of get the gist of what I talk to her about.

So back in middle school I remember reading the Judy Blume Essential books, there is like 7 of them in the series. It goes over puberty for young girls, bullying, friendship making, hardships and some other things. Their pretty good books if shes a reader. I cant think of any movies at the moment

My girl and 20th century woman have some scenes about growing up as a girl and what that means but show it in the light of a movie rather than a cheesy video like the ones they’d watch in school, while also sort of having it explained. Just don’t let her watch Carrie lol
