Is this normal?

3 week old baby just woke up covered in these like little pimples! All his clothes are washed in baby detergent and I have not showered him recently or put any products on him.

Yeah it’s just baby acne it will go away on its own

It goes away if you get a wash cloth and put some warm water on it just to wipe him down. It could be baby acne or from the heat or the milk. But it’s not to worry all babies get that.

It could be the above or heat rash.  My younger two have REALLY sensitive skin.

My son had baby acne but not all babies are the same. For us, leaving it alone made it so much worse. He needed his face washed morning and night, water and cloth. About a week and a half later he was free from pimples but had pimple scars from leaving it alone. Some babies get it worse than others and require you to do something about it. Most of the time they go away on their own though.
