What could this be??😔

It’s been 14 days since the first day of my last period. I’ve never had spotting before but this morning when i wiped there was a little bit of light light pink on the toilet paper. I’ve only had sex twice since my period ended 7 days ago. We’ve been ttc for over a year and i was just diagnosed with PCOS. Any idea what the spotting could be??
