Why are so many ppl in my family so bothered that my boyfriend contributes to my rent and that the idea of us living together is bad? We aren’t but he’s helping me to live where I am so he has rights if he wants to. Me and my bf have been together for almost 4 years now and I am currently 4 months pregnant. I used to live with family but obviously had to move out sooner than I intended because I shared a room so obviously I needed my space and space for my baby. My bf took the initiative to help me pay rent since I’m having his baby and wants me to be comfortable. Everyone’s just like wow so y’all gonna be living together ? Are y’all gonna be getting married ? Don’t live together you’ll won’t get married “shacking up”. I’m sick of it ! I think what he’s doing is great. Some men don’t do anything for their child let alone and unborn one. I’m not relying on him or depending on him. It’s just something he wants us to do together 🙄😫😁
