Not pregnant again this month. It’s been over a year and I’m heartbroken, I actually feel depressed now. I don’t know what t I do, I feel hopeless...

I have pcos- diagnosed by symptoms and blood test. I have never had an ultrasound like most people have.

When I went to the doctor, he put me on letrozole and just told me to come back in 3 months if I wasn’t pregnant. Which is super upsetting because most people I have been told have to go back in to get ultrasounds to check to see if they are even ovulating. My doctor didn’t bother to do that.

What should I do? They are the only close fertility doctors office around. I don’t know what to say or do to get some treatment that will help or answers...
