I have been having lower back/ hip aches and pinching sensation in my lower pelvic region as well as nausea. These are symptoms I have gotten with every other pregnancy - 4 mc, and not typical period symptoms for me so I was excited that there’s a possibility for me this month! However when I wiped I noticed some pink spotting on the tissue. I know a lot of people say you’re not entirely out, however has anyone else had symptoms like these as well as pink spotting a few days before af and gotten a bfp!? It’s hard to not get discouraged.
