Taking care of baby boy question

So I'm a FTM to an adorable little dude. We got him circumcised at a few days old. The doctors said it's all healed a while ago. I'm not going to take a picture because that's weird but his skin rolls up and basically covers his whole penis. Every time I change him I push it down but is that normal? I have no idea if it's normal or something I should probably of brought up as a concern. I feel silly asking honestly but I'm just wondering.
