How many hours late is considered a missed pill?

Was supposed to start my new pack today at 3pm but the pharmacy never got approval for refill and my doctor’s office is closed and now the pharmacy is closed. So I won’t be able to get my new pack until tomorrow.
I’ve been on the pill for almost 4 years and I take Blisovi 1.5/30.
How many hours until the pill is considered missed? If I take it within 24 hours should I be alright?

3 hours late is missed on the mini pill. 12 hours late is missed for combo pill which is what you have. Take one as soon as you get the pack, then the next one at the normal time
