Painful cramps and tightening @10w

I’m about 10 weeks - I have crazy cramps and crazy tightening in the uterus/abdomen. This is my second pregnancy and the closest thing it resembles from last pregnancy is Braxton Hicks for the tightening; and the cramps feel like my endometriosis cramps.

Anyone else had this experience??
