KETO DIET????

Has anyone tried KETO and how do you? Sorry I want to try it but not sure where to start

I have done the Keto Diet and I am excited to start back after I have the baby! Keto isn’t always for everyone and there are many modifies versions. For women with PCOS it is one of the best diets for them. It’s not necessarily just a diet, but really a lifestyle change. To be healthy not matter what weight loss plan you choose you will have to cut down on sugars, saturated fats, and simple carbs. So that’s where I would start! Then discuss it with your doctor and have your blood work checked. 
First Step-
Cut out Pop, sugars, simple carbs, any and all junk food. 
Step two- 
Eat more fresh veggies and meats. Less processed crap. Even on Keto a lot of people make the mistake of eating stuff that says it’s 0 carbs, but it is still crap food. 
Step three- 
Research, research, research! 
By now you will be feeling better and could have had time to talk to your doctor. By this point if you do go Keto, your body won’t have as hard of a time adjusting. 
Tips: 
The Keto Flu is real. You will feel like shit for a while. Your body has to adjust which is why you should start with the first two steps for a could of weeks.
Pinterest has great recipes. Keep it simple though. After you get the hang of things you can start experimenting with almond flours, fake sweetners and etc. For my body, those things stall my loss, so I keep my diet as clean as possible. 
Healthy fats!!!! People really struggle here. 
There is a Facebook group called Trim Keto Momma I suggest you join. So many recipes, uplifting posts, tips and tricks on where and how to start.
