i’m 14 and i want to know if i’m too young to masturbate. when i get tempted i feel guilty and feel like i’m an awful person and shouldn’t and i get really mad at myself, but all that’s because i feel too young. if you see this please help, it’s bothering me so much!!

you’re not at all too young. i understand the feeling though for some reason it’s hard not to feel guilty as a girl doing it in your early teens but that’s because it’s not talked about as much as guys. honestly though it’s completely normal

You’re never too young to start exploring your own body, it’s YOURS. It will help you to know what you like and don’t like. Especially when you start being intimate with someone else too, if they ask what you like you’ll have an answer to give them or if they start to do something you know you don’t like you can redirect and guide them to something you know you do like. It’s healthy and natural.
