Charting suggestions
So I was diagnosed with PCOS by an endocrinologist but my ob/gyn is not exactly convinced since the only thing off was my testosterone levels. But my cycles are not where he wants them to be. They were about 35-45 days or so. So in October I took my first cycle of clomid and had a 36 day cycle and then in November I got 35 day cycle. I got a positive opk on cycle day 21. When i saw him in December I was told not to start the third cycle of clomid until after my appointment due to him wanting to check in first. I finally got my period unfortunately. I’ll be starting clomid on cycle day 5. I use opk and just got the digital ones so there’s no doubting my peak time. I also got a basal thermometer. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips with charting. I’ve never done it with the temp before but we’ve been trying for almost a year and I’m exhausted and will try anything to increase my chances.
