How long does it take to get pregnant?

Hi Girls, we have been trying for a baby for 3 months but it feels like ages for me. I have been monitoring my fertile window and we have been having sex in those days but still nothing has happened. I always thought that it will be really quick. How did they take you to get pregnant? Worrying thing is that I always get some pain when I’m ovulating.

Took us 4 months to get pregnant. First 3 months I was a stress case about it. As soon as I relaxed and had “fun” TTC we got pregnant!

If you’re not pregnant after six cycles, go see your obgyn and see if they’ll help you run some tests. Don’t worry until then. And don’t worry after that-if your tests results are all good, 85% of couples get pregnant in 12 cycles

Took us 18 months. I think part of the problem is you hear about the people who found it easy / got pregnant by accident as sometimes they use it as an explanation of why they are a bit surprised to be having a baby but those couples who have taken a while to get pregnant don’t tend to go around telling people all the ins and outs of how long it’s taken / how tough its been / what medical procedures they had  as it’s a bit personal. Just remember that 3 months is entirely normal so keep doing what you’re doing and in all likelihood you’ll get that bfp soon. If you hit 12 months then go see a doctor as theres usually something they can do to help. Baby dust in the meantime!

Best advice I can give is jst stay as relaxed about ttc as possible try not to think to much about it take a more if it happens it happens approach I’ve found when I’m thinking and tracking it doesn’t happen when I’m relaxed and jst seeing what happens I get pregnant! I’ve got 4 kids and had 2 miscarriages currently trying for #5 so I’ve been pregnant a lot! Good luck hope it happens for u soon x

We've been trying 3.5 years now. I've had surgery, done 4 rounds of Clomid, and just did a round of Fermera. He's been tested. We have passed everything and the doctor said it's unexplained infertility. I'll do a couple more rounds of Fermera before we move on to IUI....
But everyone's different....my SIL got pregnant 3 mths after trying.

Took me 5 months. Tracked my ovulation using digital opk’s and during fertile week I took mucinex. I was also on vacation so who knows what really did it.

14 mo ttc #1 so far, no bfps. What are you doing to track your fertile days? Bbt Or opks?

We have been tryn for 6mths...went to the drs an they did labs, ultrasound and HSG an come to find out my eggs and folicals are on the low side and one of my Fallopian tubes are blocked...next thing for me is IUI they said ...gd luck! I’m tryn to stay positive
