Just had the worst customer service experience ever

There’s a local sauna that has a restaurant as well. I’ve been there many times and had good food. Today both me and my husband’s food were terrible. Extremely bland like water. I couldn’t eat mine and asked if I could get something else. She insulted me to my face and talked to me like shit. I went to the manager and she told the cook to make a new item for me. The cook came back to me and told me she wasn’t going to and started being verbally abusive. I told her to go talk to her manager. They were arguing for 15min so I finally just left my uneaten food (had already paid) and left. The manager ran me down a few min later and told me my replacement food was ready and I told her the cook has told me she wasn’t going to make me anything - then the manager asked me rudely what she was gonna do with that extra food? I pretty much said it was her problem. I’m so pissed.
