i just started dating this guy, and recently i have always been the first one to make a move,

were young and hes a really innocent guy so im assume that hes like nervous/shy when it comes to this stuff. what should i do to help him be more comfortable and open around me? also i really want to kiss him but when do you think is the right time to kiss someone?
