I am 36 weeks today. I went to L&D for a second time in 3 weeks because of back pain, cramps, and contractions. 3 weeks ago I was discharged at 0cm dilated and still having contractions and was told that I would unfortunately expreience labor pains all the way to the very end of this pregnancy. So today they picked up and have been REALLY bad. Like can barely walk bad. I am 1 cm dilated and 25% effaced but my contractions were only showing up as irritability, which okay, I know they weren't lasting long, but this back pain is sever for me and I am having a lot of painful cramping. I have been discharged with the order of drinking lots of water, rest, and take Tylenol. I am in no way angry with what they told me to do, because yes, I want this baby to stay in for at least one more week. But now I am really stressed out that I am going to go into active labor and not know it because I have been in so much pain for so long. With my first everything started with light cramping and then water breaking and that's all I really remember because the epidural efed me up.. I literally can't stop crying and feel so crazy. I just want this pain to stop...
