I know my mother in law is happy that her first grandchild will be born. But sometimes she is acting like I’m just a surrogate mom to my own child... when she is talking to my belly she is saying: oh my baby, my little girl, I can’t wait to meet you. And also one of my dogs loves her too much and always want to be with her and she said: yeah you can’t bring the dogs to me anymore when the baby is her because I will have the baby in my hands and have no space for your chihuahua..... and I was thinking like, you expect to have the baby 20 hours a day in your arms or....?

Also my family bought a lot for me, clothes, almost the half of the nursery room and she was negative about everything, the clothes are too small in her opinion.... (size 0-1) which is normal for a newborn. And she bought a dress for my baby girl when she leave the hospital but it for a baby of 9 months...... and she said no this is perfect, she will fit it... and again I felt like I can’t decide what my baby is going to wear on the day she will leave the hospital☹️.

Than, she is saying also that she is taking care of my baby when I am working.... while I am thinking, when I am working which is not within a few months but maybe in a year (she wants me to work as fast as possible so she can take care of her). What about the father of my baby? When I am working its his job to be with the baby, to take care of his own daughter and to learn how it is to be a parent. But no, she is saying that she will come everyday to the house for take care of her. How my boyfriend will ever learn to have his own family and how to take care of his child if his mom is doing everything? My mom is the opposite. She is really saying oh my grandchild instead of my baby, my mom said I will help you with the first days/weeks but I will only come and leave whenever you want.

I really need some advise because I am getting stressed of her.... and my due date is just in 9 weeks.... It all is getting too close now.
