FIRST OB/GYN VISIT HELP
So I’m 17 and I just found out my first Ob/gyn appointment is in March. I’m so nervous!!! It seems so scary and violating and painful and awkward!
How do I prepare myself both mentally and physically? Please help me I’m terrified and I don’t want to talk to my mom about it.
