Implantation bleeding?

This started a few days before my expected period and never got heavier only there when I wiped and now I’m have nausea and dizzy/ lightheaded for the past few days could it have been implantation bleeding?

Could be! Implantation says it is mostly brownish pink but there are cases were its bright red. As long as the flow isn’t as heavy as it normally would be and it only is spotting or lasts 1-3 days good luck ☺️

Update: I’m pregnant! Not sure how far I am but I completely missed this period and the last bleeding was this post! I’ll know when I go to my first appointment :)
