This is the first time my period blood has smelled like this. I had 2 periods in December I guess due to me taking a Plan B, and it’s been really hard to get my pH balance back after that. Today my period started again and it was the first bout of frank red blood. It smelled like straight ammonia. Like my period blood usually smells like iron. It was so strong I could smell it when I first started after I wiped. I was also recently told I’m anemic? Idk what’s going on and I’ve already been to the ED and of course they were of no help
