Do you think you’ve had a hard life?

Definitely difficult. From being sexually abused as a kid through my teen years, to having a still birth, to getting out of an abusive marriage and losing another baby and so much more.. it’s been hard but it’s all taught me good lessons. It’s not a bad life. I’m currently engaged and pregnant and I’m happy. It’s been hard but i know I’ll have a happy ending

Life yes. Sexually and physically abused for first 10 years of my life. I was taken out of that home at 10 years old I was so underweight that within 1 year I gained 50 pounds and was finally within a healthy range not even close to being overweight. From 10 to 18 I had family that told me I was over sensitive and that nothing bad had ever happened to me, meanwhile more domestic violence was happening around me. Once I turned 18 I left and never went back to either family I had been a part of. I started a job at 15 so that when I moved out I didnt have to rely on anyone else. I was told I was a whore for sleeping with 1 guy because I wasnt married. So I decided not to keep in contact with them. Everything looked up from there tho. I went to college on my own dime and met some great ppl. Dated the same guy for 7 years and got married 2 years ago. My 29th birthday is this weekend. I havent had the best jobs but i love my husband, our 2 dogs and 2 cats. His parents are amazing and they are my family now. It can always turn around especially once you cut out toxic ppl.

I had a pretty hard childhood, teen years. I worked super hard in life and now I’m very happy. Worked very hard to be different from my parents in my life.

Overall, no I guess? I’ve had many difficult, trying times.. but it could have been far worse. I have had a few deeply traumatic experiences; things I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy.. But I’ve also had many blessings.. so I dunno, it’s relative?

Idk. It seems so relative. Like to people who grew up in the inner city or abuse victims, no. But when I went to a private Christian university and told stories other kids were appalled at how I had it. I definitely think some stuff I brought on myself so idk if all that counts. Like it sucked but it was my fault. Other stuff I learned to live through and Im passed it now.

Up until 2 months ago, not really. General stuff everyone deals with and a bit of epilepsy on top of it. Past 2 months... absolute nightmare
