For years I’ve been ashamed of my self for masturbating because I thought that it was frowned upon when women did it. I thought that most women did not do it and that most people found it gross. I’ve kept this a secret over all these years. I just got glow and read through this group. I can’t say how much of a relief this was and now I know years of self shaming and self harm was not necessary. If I would have just found the courage to talk about it sooner.
