Different exercises for abs?
So, I started my weight loss journey a few months ago, around the summer and I’ve seen sudden improvements, but I’ve gone back and forth. Ive has issues emotionally.. and it really effects me physically as well. Any suggestions? These are pictures.
I definitely gained weight from where I was you guys 😭 I was @ 192.. and I’m back up at 206. I’m so upset with myself. I need to stay up on it. I’m buying slimvance to help with diet and exercise. My goal is 165 for right now. I want to be below 200. I feel like I’ve gained a booty, due to squats, but that back fat though. It’s got to go. Including my stomach before senior prom. :)
