8 dpo....
I’m 8 DPO and for the last couple days my heart rate has stayed up about 10-15 bpm higher than normal. I ovulated last Saturday and since then I have had a very dull pain/cramp either one side or the other in my pelvis/lower abdomen. Yesterday I had the SLIGHTEST amount of very light spotting in my tissue paper when wiping 3 times. Any thoughts?
