omg, these cramps 😖
I’ve had cramping and back pain on and off all day today and it’s pretty painful right now. Feels like day one period cramps but they come and go. Hurts in my back, too. I’m trying to just accept them, because it’s just my body practicing, but I have to be up for work at 5:30 and I would rather be sleeping than cramping ðŸ˜
