I’m on CD 39 (normally I get AF on CD 28-30) so I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative. In the last couple of weeks I’ve had nausea, headaches, lots of fatigue, sore breast, and a slight fever. I thought it was all due to having a cold and AF due. This morning I woke up to really bad cramping on the left side, back pain that almost brought me to tears and spotting on my underwear. I put a pad on and just figured AF was late and that’s why it was so painful so I took a pill for pain.

I went to pee a couple hours later and this came out (there was more of it that I couldn’t get out of the toilet bowl).

The day is almost over and the cramps and backache are still pretty bad but there’s only spotting on my pad and no more clots when I pee.

Could this be due to my period being late or a possible miscarriage? I would be 5w3d if I had been pregnant.
