*Kinda lengthy post* So there is a guy I've known forever and we have flirted on and off but never been available to date one another until last year. I told him how I felt about him and initially he seemed to return the feelings. Long story short we never ended up making anything official after an argument, but we patched things up and remained friendly. About a month ago we "sparked" things again and had really great conversations and talked about actually dating. Later on I found out he was also seeing a girl I actually know (he wasn't aware we knew each other). I asked him about it and was honest in saying it kinda bothered me, but I mean he is single so I can't dictate who he sees. Despite this I asked him to come see me where I live (we live about 6 hours apart at the moment) and his response was "ehhh I don't see that happening".....so I just decided that that was that. Now he seems to be dating this other girl full time and I have to say my heart really hurts. Even though him and I were never really together it still sucks....and getting over someone you were never with seems silly. I feel like I got dragged around for so long and feel super undesirable and I just don't know what to do anymore.
