Tip for fatigue
So I have Chronic fatigue syndrome and hypothyroidism. Which can together normally make me very tired. Pregnancy fatigue is actually how I feel normally. I saw a specialist who said ask yourself what’s important on a bad day and do that. Take short rests and prioritise. For me this means getting dressed, making meals and looking after my 3 year old. Anything non urgent can wait until you feel better. Instead of cleaning whole house do 1 room etc.
