I refilled my pill prescription last month and they came in a different package then usual, but I guess I just assumed that it was new packaging rather then a new brand all together, (I know I should’ve read the label). Turns out they were a new brand of pills. I was just wondering how does changing brands affect the effectiveness of the pills.

I got my period when I should’ve and it was pretty regular as far as flow goes, maybe a little lighter but nothing too noticeable. On the last day I was throwing up all day and was so so tired. Is there any chance that I could be pregnant? Should I take a test? I am sexually active with my boyfriend.
