So I’m due to have my second baby in 2 weeks. My 2 year old had her first nightmare last week. Ever since then she refuses to sleep in her bed she would wake up crying and climb out of her crib and into our room. I’d guide her back to bed 5-15 times until she just gave up coming to our room.

She’ll wait till I close her door and immediately climb out of her crib and sleep on the hard cold floor. No crying now just escaping her crib and finding corners to sit in in the dark till she falls asleep.

My sleep is getting affected because i freak out wanting to check where she is. And she is definitely not getting a good nights sleep on the floor. Has anyone gone through this? I swear i put her in her bed about 20 times a night she doesn’t care or fuss she immediately climbs out
