Can you eat after you had your braces?

After you get them on for the first time? Yea. If I remember correctly (it’s been 13 years for me..) but yea there’s nothing wrong with eating after they get put on. Your teeth might just feel sensitive and a bit weird but the brackets are on there pretty damn good. Just avoid hard candy, gum, and extra crunch and gummy/chewy stuff. But that’s the rule for pretty much the entire time you have them on.

You can eat it just hurts a lot. Drink sokme soup or eat foods you don't HAVE to chew (like mashed potatoes and gravy) for a few days.
