I’ve been trying to get LO to sleep on her own and I swear... she’s just not having it. She sleeps on top of mom and dad like a rock for up to 4 hours- but even after waiting for 30-60 mins after she’s fallen asleep and then putting her down in bed she wakes up about 5-10 minutes later fussing and this develops into a cry.

Whyyyyyyyyy?!

I can put her down initially... but kid you not I walk away and sit less than 5 feet from her and she’s up in no time.

What we’ve tried:

Hushhhhh noise machine

Swaddle sacks

Elevating one side of mattress up (as well as flat)

She is breast milk fed (one bottle a day)

She is just over 4 weeks old

What am I doing wrong?
