Does anyone else go so hard they have to set an alarm in the night to change your tampon/pad

For some reason I always wake up on my own when I need to change.

I wake up once i feel its time to change it. Usually ever 4 hours i change my panty liner. Thank god its only 3 days

I don't bleed heavy enough for me to need to wake up and change it.

I never really need to use pads or tampons when I sleep. Maybe occasionally on my heaviest days, but generally if I am horizontal it stays put until I get up and go to the bathroom.  Even when I do use one I don't really change it during the night..

I can sleep for 10 hours and nothing happens until the moment I sit up . But no I don’t set an alarm usually my need to pee wakes me up naturally .
