So I have been using tampons for a while now and I am super worried right now because on my last period it finished early and I had a heavy flow tampon in at the time. When I removed the tampon a piece from the top was missing, about a 1/4, and now I’m super worried. I have currently been getting really bad cramps and I don’t really feel like eating. Also my discharge is a weird light brown colour. I’m really scared right now and I haven’t told my mum that I have started using tampons yet. I’m only 14 and I don’t know what to do. Please help me
