Gestational diabetes

UPDATE:: went in for my ‘diabetes education session and asked a bunch of questions since I felt like maybe it wasn’t quite right. Got great answers but just out of curiosity I asked to have my blood sugar checked on the spot. I figured if it was so bad it should always be a bit high. A few seconds later...blood sugar=83...🤗. The lady was quite surprised. They now are allowing the 3 hour test if I agreed to do it tomorrow. SEND GOOD VIBES PLEASE!!!!! 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Did anyone else fail their glucose test so badly you didn’t even have to do the three hour test? I just got fast tracked to the diabetes education appointment and feel like I majorly failed. I had no symptoms, am healthy, have a very low blood pressure and still an average BMI even with pregnancy weight added it.

How does this happen?! I feel like an idiot. Already having major mom guilt. I thought I was doing everything right.
