Hunger in intermittent fasting
So I’ve been trying intermittent fasting to help lose a bit of weight. GP approved it was okay for me to try if I wanted. But my problem is, I don’t get typical “hunger” feelings when I’m hungry.
I immediately get nauseous and throw up when I become hungry. (Even when not fasting, just day-to-day).
Obviously this is a struggle with intermittent fasting and very inconvenient to sustain any amount of time fasting.
Besides eating (obviously), is there a way to help the hunger nausea pass?
