Sometimes I feel lonely..

I'm in my late 30's married with two children and one on the way. My marriage is great. I move to So Cal about 4 years ago and left most of my friends back home or some moved to different states. I just notice that most of them don't check on me, I check on them😒 and family too. Idk what's wrong. I would love a girls trip here and there, a nice lunch with the girls, but nope. I have two friends that I mainly talk to or go out with some times😀 but I look on snap, ig, fb and I see family or friends out with out me. Even when I wasn't pregnant
