When I started getting my period in hr high it was like 7-9 days. As I got into high school I would bleed for 7days. Now I just turned 26 and my period was 1 day of spotting, 3 days of bleeding with one heavy day and day 4 I was done... Ive mentioned to 2 OBGYNs the changes and neither have ever been concerned so is this normal?! I know I should be happy their shorter, I know I’m fertile, I know it’s not menopause, PCOS, PID but I’m just confused 🤷🏼‍♀️

My moms are normally 3-4days but idk if that’s been what it was her whole life.
